2026 RMF registration for all programs will open in Jan-Feb 2026.

**Here's how late registrations work - 

Players registering after May 15th are considered late and will be added to a waiting list. We will update our registration list on June 15th,  June 30th, July 15th and July 31st.  On these dates, If there is room on the team from the players zone the player will be added to the team, their registration fee will become non-refundable, and the rosters will be updated and coaches will be notified. If there is not room, the player will have a choice to be placed on a different team or be left on the waiting list until the next update. If a player chooses to move to another team, that will be their team for the entire 2025 season. Register ASAP players are placed on a first registered first on a team.

For all of our programs the following rules will apply. If for any reason we are restricted, and the number of players is less then the number of players registered RMF will use the first come first serve rule. Players that are registered and have paid will be first when numbers are restricted (ie covid restrictions, spring camp restrictions, equipment restrictions). Also for all programs if 50% of the schedule games are played, and the season ends or games are cancelled, the season will be considered  complete and there will be no refunds paid out. Players and Parents will recieve all information by email and/or SMS text. Emails will be also used for email promotions. Cell numbers will also be used for text promotions. If you opt out of these promotions you will be removed and will receive no emails, texts or any information from RMF.

***As we move forward with the 2023 season the following information on registration and covid-19 is for all RMF Programs***

If the number of players allowed to play may be reduced, due to Covid-19 restrictions, all Programs will be filled on a first players registered first players to play basis. Players must fill out a registration form and pay the registration fee to be considered registered.

All Programs have a Registration Fee. This  Registration Fee is non-refundable if a player decides not to play for any reason. (including Covid-19)

If a Program is cancelled and does not start because of Covid-19, the registration Fee and all other Fees will be refunded in full.

If a Program is started and then cancelled, delayed or no games are played because of Covid-19. All Fees except the registration Fee will be refunded.

If a Program is started and games are played, and then the program is cancelled because of Covid-19, refunds will be pro-rated.   

If a Program is started and 50% of the scheduled games are played, and then the program is cancelled because of Covid-19, there will be no refunds.
