2025 Regina Minor Football Coaches Development Series

Regina Minor Football is presenting its first summer Coach Development Series on July 15th and 22nd. This is a great opportunity for both new and experienced coaches to learn a wide variety of position skills and drills. The sessions will be active and will take place at Leibel Field, led by facilitators with extensive football experience.

The on-field positional presentations on July 15th will be repeated on the 22nd. For coaches who are in training for NCCP certification, the positional skills and drills sessions would count toward your technical training hours. If you attend both sessions both evenings, you could learn skills and drills for four different position groups, or you could spend a session or two in the classroom at the offense or defense chalk talk/Q&A, with special teams included. The content of the classroom sessions will be based on the learning goals of the attendees.

This is a great opportunity for coaches to increase their coaching knowledge and confidence. The quality of our football and the development of our players is based on the teaching abilities of our coaches. You and your fellow coaches will be spending many hours on the field with your players this season; participate in our Coach Development Series to help make every minute of your practices quality learning experiences for your players.

Cost:

Single session - $20

Full evening (two sessions 15th or 22nd) - $30

Full Coach Development Series (four sessions July 15th and 22nd) - $50
